Because every item is 100% individually handcrafted, slight natural variations in color, texture, and size may occur. We believe these minor distinctions are what make handmade goods special, ensuring that the piece you receive is truly one-of-a-kind!
Orders & Shipping
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel, please email us at support@baselal.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters the shipping phase, we are unable to modify it. How long will it take to receive my order?
Because our products are handcrafted with care, please allow 4 to 8 business days for processing. Once shipped, standard transit time within the US is 5 to 12 business days. You can expect your package within 9 to 20 business days in total. How much does shipping cost?
We charge a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $4.95 for all orders shipped within the United States. How can I track my package?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Order page or the carrier’s website.
Returns & Payments
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Please email us at support@baselal.com to initiate a return. We do not charge any restocking fees. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will cover the shipping costs. If you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Is my payment information secure?
