About Baselal
Baselal is a Boston-based online gift store serving customers who love practical, personal, and locally inspired gifts. From Boston apparel and Massachusetts-themed keepsakes to seasonal presents for families, friends, teachers, coworkers, and special occasions, we focus on products that feel thoughtful, easy to personalize, and simple to order online.
We chose this niche because Boston has a strong local identity: historic neighborhoods, sports culture, college life, travel memories, and family traditions all create meaningful reasons to give a gift. Our goal is to make those moments easier to celebrate with clear product information, reliable order handling, and support that customers can reach when they need help.
What we sell
Our catalog includes Boston-inspired shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, decor, ornaments, keepsakes, and customizable gift items. Product availability, options, colors, sizes, and production details are shown on each product page before checkout.
How our business works
Baselal designs and curates the products sold on this website. Many items are made to order: after a customer places an order, the item is prepared, produced, packed, and shipped through selected production and fulfillment partners. This model helps us offer personalized and seasonal designs without holding every possible size, color, or customization in stock.
Because made-to-order and personalized products may enter production shortly after purchase, customers should review names, photos, dates, sizes, colors, and shipping details carefully before submitting an order. If a change is needed, contact us as soon as possible and we will review whether the order can still be adjusted.
Our customer commitment
We aim to provide clear product details, secure checkout, transparent production and shipping information, and helpful support for order questions. We do not promise unrealistic results, guaranteed delivery dates, or unconditional refunds. Instead, we review issues fairly under our published policies and work to resolve damaged, defective, incorrect, or eligible order problems.
