Shipping Policy

Baselal ships made-to-order and personalized products to supported destinations shown during checkout. Delivery timing depends on production time, carrier transit, destination, holidays, and address accuracy.
Production time
Most orders require 2–7 business days for production before shipment. Complex personalized items, high-volume seasons, material availability, or fulfillment review may require additional time.
Estimated delivery
United States standard delivery is commonly 5–12 business days after production. International delivery, when available, varies by destination, customs, and carrier conditions. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping fees and promotions
Shipping cost, flat-rate shipping, or any free-shipping offer will be shown during checkout or in the promotion details. If a shipping promotion is used, the promotion must follow the terms displayed on the site at the time of purchase.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we send a shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the package enters the carrier network.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Baselal is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incomplete, incorrect, or outdated addresses supplied by the customer.
Delays outside our control
Weather, holidays, customs review, carrier disruptions, security review, incorrect addresses, and destination restrictions may delay delivery. We will help review available tracking information but cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Shipping rates and availability
Baselal currently offers flat-rate shipping within the United States at $4.95 when available at checkout. For addresses outside our main U.S. shipping zone or locations not covered by the primary zone, shipping availability and rate may vary; if available, the checkout may show a separate flat rate such as $7.00 or the current rate configured in checkout. The final shipping charge is always shown before you place your order.
Most items are made to order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before shipment, and U.S. delivery commonly takes another 5–12 business days after shipment depending on carrier volume and destination.
