Order Tracking
Baselal uses shipment tracking for WooCommerce orders. When tracking information is added to your order, it may appear in your customer account and in the order completion email.
How to track your order
- Log in to My Account.
- Open Orders and select your order.
- If tracking has been added, use the carrier tracking link shown on the order page or in your order email.
If you cannot find your tracking information, please contact Baselal with your order number and checkout email address.
